I'll echo what's been said, that filing Articles of Organization with the Ohio SOS is a fairly easy task.

You really have to promote your site to get any organic leads from it.  

The VA can be a tough organization to crack but using it as a network can be much easier. 

I have been very impressed with the entire organization and the community they have formed so I am excited to jump in!

Lastly, at first it may require some management until you are 100% comfortable with your Property Management and if you continue to buy, the organization you selected.

I've seen several organizations here in Memphis grow and due to unforeseen conditions rename and continue to operate.

Hello Rosie,I would recommend trying to build an organic list of wholesalers to begin communicating with and you can do that without the cost of a mass mailing. 

Not to say Kent Clothiers software isn't worth it but you may want a more organic start until you get your team and processes in place.

If only choosing between the two options you outlined, direct mail should yield faster, more targeted leads than a website combined with SEO to capture organic search leads in short term.
