Some larger broker outlets will give the option to have the loan processed and underwritten with them but this isn't the norm (UWM comes to mind as a big lender who now gives the broker this option of taking care of all of the processing or certain aspects of the processing which they call "processor assist" - this is fairly unique as far as I'm aware however).There are so many little variables to every situation but generally speaking, if an MLO is skipping over the spot where his/her license hangs and taking a deal somewhere direct, there wouldn't be a compliant way to pay the MLO.  

Just curious if you have any insight in that area, if you don't mind my asking?

I posted a handful on the MLS but mainly just received interest from people who want to owner finance (open to that as well but not many are qualified).How would I reach out to an investor who specializes in this?

Would you mind sharing any advice or experience that you have with paying Property Managers a commission for their work?

If I open a conventional SDIRA, buy a rental property, have monthly rental income go back into the SDIRA and then take the rental income as a disbursement, will I have to pay income tax on that money at the end of the year?
