As a general rule, each entity that files a separate tax return (partnership, s-corp, c-corp, etc) will need its own QBO subscription Yes, this is one of the reason's I left QBO.

The longer you're in a deal the less opportunities you have for the next one.

I’ve brokered one deal for a client with COGO and I close on another deal in three days.

This is one that I personally would recommend staying away from.

The other one isn't going to sell right away.

One of the best things you can do right now is educate yourself.

I think many people would agree with me that spending $15 on a valuable book can have nearly infinite returns to one's future.

My suggestion would be buy one of each and see how both compare for you, in your market, and compared to your goals.
