It can be frustrating to see how tenant friendly laws can be, but at the same time you will become wealthy if you keep your eye on the goal instead of focusing on some small losses when you have the occasional eviction.

They pop up occasionally in Brevard.

@Devin Wilkinson not sure about the tax records in TN, but here where I'm at you see this occasionally when someone buys a bunch of properties in a bundle, i.e. the $249,909 may represent this property and several others all sold at the same time and of that only approximately $56,700 is truly allocated to this property.

This group is focused on building OOS businesses for cashflow using buy/hold, BRRRR, and the occasional.

this thread definitely instills some caution as all I now see are red flashing lights. 

Occasionally it can be useful to help people understand a weird layout of a house, and where to put their things, but I doubt that's a situation you have.

I am invested in syndicated deals and occasionally see that they will accept money via a 1031 exchange. 

Makes sense . . . to be clear I wasn't asking in the context of it affecting STR occupancy, more so that it makes the overall Disney experience have that much less value for the occasional visitor and therefore less willing to travel a long distance for it. 

I see comparable deals on CL occasionally, but am financially drained from the first deal for a while.
