@Max Rieves I'm just north of you in Raleigh and it's not just the mold (which is a big deal) but the moisture also attracts termites.

Has anyone invested in this city and if so what metrics are you using to determine which neighborhoods to invest in (ie areas 1-6, North Columbus vs East Columbus).

You really should look into the history of 1930s and 40s before the onslaught of World War II to understand why programs like this literally saved America from becoming Nazi Germany or Soviet Union.
