To build a successful lead paint case, particularly a contested one, is a very time consuming, costly, as well as risky process.

I like to consider my self a sophisticated consumer of credit, but the only card I am aware of that offers a 0% promotional rate with no balance transfer fee (and only as a sign up promotion in the first 60 days) is the chase slate card, a consumer card.In 2004-2006, there were many others, but I am not aware of any others today.If there are any others out there, it would be good to know.

We consumed all that cash flow in maintenance this year, which was fine. 

My concern would be loosing the control of the payment process as the consumer.  

But I am not a regulator from the CFPB or an attorney.Dodd Frank and the CFPB (the watchdog for consumer finance)  are unproven as far as enforcement.

We ended up tackling this project and it has become VERY PROFITABLE from a money standpoint, but also VERY TIME CONSUMING.  

You might want to do a Yahoo search on MyHouseDeals.com, and you will see a lot of complaints against them for misuse on consumer credit cards.Joe Gore

Pretend you wanted to buy this property and do some some practice analysis to see if you think it would work as a rental investment.In short, I'd recommend just getting as active as you can in consuming as much information through books, podcasts and people as you possibly can.

Unless you are willing to become an expert on Dodd Frank, the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, state homestead laws, state foreclosure laws relating to consumer loans and Federal Bankruptcy homestead protection, I would suggest investing only in notes secured by commercial or investment real estate.  

However, this would be very time consuming if my offer doesn't even get accepted.
