Using mobile is this something I can via my laptop?

I had recently read the Millionaire Next Door, where they specifically mention mobile home parks as a vehicle to create wealth.

It is with SafeCo insurance, I'm not sure if you have them on your coast, the Seattle Mariner's play at SafeCo Field (used to until t-mobile paid more for naming rights)

Contact owners of mobile home parks and ask if they want to buy it.  

He also holds single families/multis but focuses more on mobile home parks.

As we make changes throughout the rehab process it would be nice if my GC could take a pic with his phone, write a description of the change with cost, and send it via mobile app for my approval and signature.

Idea: Find people who really need out of their home (a mobile home that is pd off might be a great place to start) find one that doesn’t need much work besides elbow grease and paint, offer them possibly a couple more thousand than they want but say only for Seller Financing at 0% interest (look up Chris McClatchy for this strategy).
