There are often a lot of little things, like needing a mail box or fixing a window that won't open,  fixing a loose carpet or getting a door to open and close without sticking, well you get the idea.

@Joseph Weisenbloom  It was built as a 2 unit in the 1900's and in the 70's the city re did the zoning and it is now zoned as a community shopping District (commercial on first floor with dwelling units above)  in the 80's the owner took out the top floor kitchen and partially converted it to a SFH - So it is a total mess.  I
