If you bring an cash buyer good deals every time you call them, you'll have a buyer for life.I would certainly talk to someone who I knew was a real established wholesaler that would be able to deliver deals.It is obvious that almost all the people that approach me at the various REI meetings are brand new.

All of the foreclosures in my area are required to be sold through a Realtor on the MLS and by that point, there's no meat on the bone to wholesale.

Realtor lets me know there is a $300 fee due to me at closing so that he can submit offers via a website to the bank AFTER I submit the offer.
