It's 500 bucks, twice, that likely saves you thousands. 

They take several thousand dollars a year from me.

We gave the seller a few thousand down and then took over their payments ($16k).

If they do not take it with them, since it costs roughly 2-5 thousand to move one, I doubt they will be taking it.

What return would you offer the investors for the buyout agreement.Equity structure is literally my speciality. 

My thinking was more along the lines of if I have THOUSANDS  of dollars to pay to LEARN how to use creative financing...
