Look into loans that cater to investors, and consider speaking with a financial advisor about leveraging your stock investments.Property Type: Single-family homes or small multifamily units (like duplexes or triplexes) are often a good starting point for first-time real estate investors.

If your project has a tight deadline and is otherwise viable, this is likely not the program for that specific project to take advantage of.
