Also I'd recommend you listen to the podcasts as well.Although it will be some years before you can sign your own contracts and deals maybe you can work on deals with your parents or other family members before then .

I have my father's 30 year old contracting company at my disposal, I work directly with an in house mortgage lender at my office as well as a property management company (which I would primarily use on a consulting only basis to begin with) and I have 2-3 options for creatively financing my first few deals.

I had a guy tell me the other day that Contract for Deed was the way to go with properties over renting.
