The traps are great for catching spiders, roaches and other insects.I don't think anybody likes disposing of dead critters, but I think most people renting a unit understand that dealing with the critters is an expectation and it is better to let them know you are dealing with the problem vs. leaving poop all over the property.To help reduce the mice, roach, insects, water leaks and to save on maintenance we removed both garbage disposers and dishwashers from every property we own.

I have a bit of a security background and the main principle is 4D's Deter, Delay, Detect, Denay access to your assets, I would think the LLC anonymity falls into the Delay category.

The roof has leaked in two areas and the a/c units were installed incorrectly yrs ago, resulting in the drain getting clogged (no auto turn off switch-a/c was established without permit=smh) and the water intrusion caused mold to grow.
