The stock market plays a role, in that it is people's perception of the health of the economy and some people will use stock market profits to fund a real estate purchase.

I am not a true MF landlord (5+ units where value of property is set based on the profit). 

This plot of land is in the most profitable side of town and if we could determine its acreage, this will be a mutually profitable deal.

That will trigger a much larger price than the $300 for her time. 

Even though some properties has higher interest rate make sure that will be profitable to refinance it.

It just needs to be understood that doing anything other than ignoring the cancer & anything going on in the tenant's life will decrease the profitability of the business.

I personally don't think that anyone has any business wholesaling to house flippers, unless they have learned how to profitably flip houses themselves.Not trying to be offensive by any means, but I think most house flippers can agree that most wholesalers put the horse before the carriage. 

I've spent a lot of time on the forums learning and don't really have much to contribute, but I can say in that time, I've identified the small group of folks that I really value perspective from and the larger group of people that are selling something, argue to death that "their method" is the absolute best or whatever. 

I think there's easier ways for me to profit, but I'll cheer on (and learn from) anyone who knows this space.
