Sub 1M commercial loan in MN
Hey there all,
I currently do some investing in Columbus OH, and am looking at the MN market, among others.
It seems like the majority of commercial lenders have a $1M minimum. Any advice when seeking a loan less then that (properties I'm looking at are about 450 to 800k)?
