Did you have any prior knowledge before engaging into your first transaction?

He seems very knowledgeable, experienced, and seems to have a good grasp on the area.

To me, Rentals make more sense than Notes simply because I do not have any experience or knowledge of the Note business. 

Please correct me if I’m wrong, so the idea is to gain experience and knowledge from this paid walk with GC so we get the ballpark numbers and make offers in future without having to involve a GC anymore in the analysis.At what point in the process do you officially have your GC involved?

I would be more willing to work with you even if it costs us more because of your knowledge and expertise.

Even a consultation fee would be worth the knowledge you gain.

If you have the desire, get the knowledge & training you need, then you out hustle & out work everyone else.  

I have listened to over 100 hours of BP podcasts, read over 18 Real Estate Investing books, and am very excited to start my career in Real Estate and in a few years, get into investing with a ton more knowledge.
