Is there a program free or paid on kitchen or bathroom design base on sq footage?

We're going to attempt to salvage all of the existing cabinetry and add a bit more storage in the kitchen.

Only the kitchen and bathrooms have overhead lights.

I have some water damage repairs to do in a kitchen ceiling.

Before renting it out the we found a leak from standing shower plumbing to kitchen.

Am I suppose to know how to design the kitchen or bathroom?

All of our rooms come with shared usage of the common areas: kitchen, dining, laundry, decks, etc.

What I like about this is the Capex is minimal because I'm only responsible for two kitchen appliance, air conditioner and electrical.  

I think your condo is underinsured--the less the square footage, typically the higher price per square ft in general because more of the house is bathroom kitchen walls...etc rather than open air.  

Bathrooms and kitchens needs to be updated because they have a very old look and appliances.
