You might type in Google keywords like "your state personal property disposal laws" or "self storage eviction MN" and some things might come up.Usually when someone rents a unit for facility the legal stuff is spelled out in the contract.Look up Rich Weese on here as I think he has owned some storage units as well as Jon Holdman.

Once you have an idea of some of your interests (type of property, area, etc.) you can fill out the keyword alert and be notified wihen ever that term is being discussed on the forums.Also, if you haven't done so, listen to some of the podcasts.
