Lease options in a hot market

A lot of FSBOs are trying to sell privately because they can't afford to pay an agent, as @Casey Carroll pointed out, that is an ideal lead for a lease option (or any type of payment take over deal like sub2, installment sale, wrap, etc.)I've always got them by calling and having a short interview over the phone to see if they qualify for me to look at their house.
