well for us we build new construction most of the time.. so we use it to find hidden gems in the land area .. and very complicated titles and or strict foreclosures that are not blasted all over the internet..

I dont think anyone would find a specific case where a court has upheld a breed restriction in terms to a service animal, but the case law the other way is overwhelming...it's just that case law is not easily searchable....and half the stuff on the internet is just wrong.

I mean prime rate is 5.5.. banks which are the lowest priced lenders for commerical loans are at 1 and 6.5    so you have 100% financing which does not happen on the internet.. rates way below reality and you send off your 1520 and its gone.Google  American Greeds website then watch the episode on Remington financial they were the mother of all pump and dump due diligence schemes.. but now its on social media with those that simply dont really understand ( and why would they if they are new to this) what reality is vis a vi rates and terms on flip loans or portfolio loans.

They do everything digitally, you know how buyers use the internet to find homes they want to buy, theses guys are offering sellers the chance to do the same thing- use the internet to put your house up for sale.
