Apartment Building in KC
Hi, I'm looking to purchase an apartment building in KC. Probably something around 20-30 units. Looking for any insight on this (spouse is from KC so knows area well, although we don't live there right now) and to connect with brokers who specialize in this type of investment property. Thanks!

@Kimberly H. Multifamily is very competitive in Kansas City. Networking with a brokerage that has off market deals is going to be very important. By the time deals hit the internet, they have been picked over clean. 20-30 units however; are a bit smaller than the big buyers are looking for.
I am calling multifamily property owners every day working to find off-market deals and have had some success. Happy to chat with you! Do you have specific locations?
