What I am interested in is getting some insight into risk/reward for international investing, what concerns I should be addressing, what are the biggest issues tax/lending/renting you've run into so far.

I have nothing to show yet but I’m proud that I’ve internally become more accepting and excited about the process before achieving the result.

Generally speaking, I hate to be a party pooper and I would encourage anyone wanting to invest internationally, since it's what I'm doing.

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.
