In the most respectful manner ive been a student up to now, but I think Ive found my answer and the missing link to our team.I recently made a connection with 2 shortsale specialist , one a lawyer, the other an investor/realtor w bank connections, who, btwn the two, have been feeding me about 12 deeply discounted properties a week.

Business Credit for new LLC

I am learning and haven't even made my 1st deal yet but Im doing my home work and getting prepared.I was wondering about business and credit and was going to start 2 LLC's in the up coming months.I remember reading a book about a professor at a university who held a class for students interested in business and real estate and was teaching these 18-22 year olds how to achieve a million dollars in credit and actually have cash flow (money in there pockets) of $200 a month or more with $200 start up money.

My understanding from real estate agent training (I'm still a student) the RESPA regulations were set forth to prohibit fees/referral fees to protect consumers.

I've never paid a credit card late (had one since I was 17, I'm 23 now) and I took out a small student loan that I've been paying off to hopefully establish more of a record.My dad is one of the founding partners at a foreclosure firm that does work throughout the entire mid-atlantic region and I'm hoping that will be of some use.
