Lots of people skirt this important element of 506c type investments....and there are probably some people that are going to get into big trouble with SEC when things don't go right at some point.At the conferences I have attended there seemed to be a concentration of Texas investors....either live here or invest here.Not sure where MB is based or where he draws the most constituents.Just FYI...something that you may already know, but typical investment is in the $50,000-$100,000 range and for accredited investors....there can be exceptions, but that seems to be standard.

If you live on the property with the Tenant, let them know that you'd love to interact like normal neighbors, but the Landlord-Tenant relationship needs to stay separate and communicate through email, phone, or whatever.
