Currently I am hosting LIVE videos on Wed at 6p on Facebook and interview local Real Estate related businesses to give home owners people to "meet" that can help with their homes.

I never meet the rest of his family but he has a young 5-6 yr old or so son with him when he looks at the house and they seem good - I'm told his 19yo daughter will live with him until she gets on her feet and gets on her own (was led to believe it would be short term) - then another young 10yr old or so boy and his tenants newlywed wife (he was getting remarried in his 40's).So fast foward to now - I had good relationships with my neighbors - asked them to look out for me and they knew I took good care of my house. 

I didn't have a chance to meet other landlords yet.

The proverb of old says "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out", it is as applicable today as it was thousands of years ago.I think Brian is correct, the reason many get in trouble because they read all of the misinformation on the web, there are some yea-sayers out-there (even here on BP, but most of the times they get corrected) who will tell you "yes, you can do this" and lead others into trouble.

I'm always looking to meet motivated folks who are hustling to find good deals, offering new ways to fund projects, and anyone who wants to shake up the parts of the real estate industry that aren't working well.Best of luck and hope to connect.

@Craig Wilcox now that I’m not essentially working two full time jobs we should be able to make it out to meet up now. 

We'd really love to meet up for lunch/dinner/coffee just to get to know each other and maybe pick some brains, haha.
