I'm a newbie investor trying to get started on my first property, but I'd like to meet with a local Nashville mortgage broker who is investor friendly and is familiar with cash out refi options so I am completely educated on all my options before purchasing my first investment property.Any recommendations for Nashville mortgage brokers who are familiar with cash out refi/RE investors would be fantastic!
