I'm a newbie investor trying to get started on my first property, but I'd like to meet with a local Nashville mortgage broker who is investor friendly and is familiar with cash out refi options so I am completely educated on all my options before purchasing my first investment property.Any recommendations for Nashville mortgage brokers who are familiar with cash out refi/RE investors would be fantastic!

Next Tuesday I am meeting with an owner of 2 small 6-plex units.

Once you do find a lot you want to build on, go into the city and meet with the planning a zoning department. 

Also, meet the tenants and inspect the lease.
