In my experience they have 1 manager who is a truly knowledgeable individual and he disseminates maybe 5% of his knowledge to the high school kids who work there because he hates his job and hates all the n00bs that work there.With that said, there are occasionally a few good people that work there, but they never stay long because they realize what I just said is all to true and can make more money helping their friends and family on an as needed basis.

Unless an investor can keep getting their loans underwritten, approved, and serviced by a portfolio lender who isn't demanding everything go through D.U. -- then this just sucks.

The big things are being able to have individual project areas with distince financial info, but also have an umbrella ability to see how they are all doing, with information about each partners investment across all projects or a single project.
