It has a 10 inch waterline at the road and was recently on the market for 300K.  

Though why try to re-invent the wheel?

I feel like I'm spinning my wheels because I don't know what I don't know.

We don't want to start the refinancing wheels turning without being reasonably sure we have enough equity to cash out.

Then add on other things as you grow.There are two ways to go about marketing/advertising your business...You can go a mile wide and an inch deep, which would be large scale marketing such as blanketing an entire neighborhood with direct mail, door hangers, using billboards, radio ads, TV, etc.

Even though I'm only 23, it's too long for me to be spinning my wheels (working multiple "jobs") the way I have until recently.

My daily job is a second shift job where I repair 18 wheel tractor trailer trailers (so I am a mechanic).

-I installed travertine with 1/4 inch gaps because I didn't know any better... sanded grout is a no no on travertine and non sanded develops hairline cracks with 1/4 inch gaps.  

I'm just a small fry, but if I'm looking into such a large purchase I'm walking every inch of the property with a contractor. 

When you don't need it any more, you discard it, like training wheels on a bicycle.
