@Michael Willis, Hey Mike,  I just did a quick scan of some old posts and as of a year ago the company was issuing K-1s which indicates that there is an entity that owns the land/project and the investors have an interest in the entity. 

I'm aware that there are individuals who think strategically and possess a deep understanding of these complex issues.

In regards to financing, there is no issue getting financing for a new construction modular project- These are my steps: buying cash, getting a hard money loan for construction, building the homes, getting an appraisal (should be the same valuation as any other property) and finally taking a proper 30 years finance.

The other option is just a traditional loan, but the issue we're having is the term lengths.

Karen provided expert guidance, throughout the transaction, not only to me, but to the lender, the closing agent, as well as the seller's agent. when issues arose, as they sometimes do in our business, and I became frustrated, Karen (the psychologist) helped me stay positive and to understand the situation from the perspective of the other parties involved.

The units were then sold as condominiums (where separate tax ID's were issued for each unit) & the buyers had no issues financing the units.

(This all occured, up to today, over about a week's time)I found some good advice on here about giving 24 hours to get the security deposit to you which I will be utilizing going forward.The bottom line for this post is I need advice on what to do because I do not want to keep having issues with this woman if she does follow through and get all the requirements done in order to move in.

Or is there a larger vacancy issue in East Humboldt park? 

It was a large flip project (original budget was $110k renovation costs) that went way over the planned rehab time as I had many issues with the GC I used.
