I live in Illinois , so I go often to Detroit to look at the property's and areas before purchasing since there's a lot of high crime areas , I have to make sure to buy in the areas that aren't to bad.

Prices are very high plus you have the golf membership.You could buy lots in there for a dollar not to long ago.
