(first fourplex)I am currently in the process of figuring out the most effective way to fund the rehab.With interest rates so high, I'm terrified at what hard money lenders will quote me at... but maybe its the only way.Any other creative strategies out there other than hard money lenders?

Your long-term goals would also determine some of that.We have a few rentals we manage with pools and they rarely see any sort of extended vacancy as the demand is high.

Interest rates are high right now so make sure the property cash flows if you decide to refinance.If you believe the area will continue to grow, keep it.
