Granted that this is only roughly $700 and not a whole lot in the grand scheme of things, but shouldn't ones morals come in to play at some point?

I have lived in Grand Rapids for about three years now and I am trying to understand everything the city has going on to predict which areas might be good to buy in.  

I have had a soft opening for two weeks now without any advertising and I am nearly on pace to meet the income projections without my grand opening and marketing strategy.Thanks for your replies and any lenders you may know of.

If that means our rental stays open because tenants cant move in, or on a flip that we lose a week or two because other contractors cant get in, then in that case it cost us a couple grand to paint in holding costs or missed rent.  

I put a few grand into our previous house and made it a rental for $925 a month(below market but we were marketing it in December so we dropped it a bit to get a good renter). 

Anyone have a good flooring installation company in Grand Rapids?  

120-180 is a huge range try to figure out within 10 grand of what it would be. 

But we are buying more in the outskirt markets such as Apache Junction, Florence, Coolidge, San Tan Valley, and Casa Grande.
