There are still hammers to swing and paintbrushes to wield, but I am starting to look ahead at getting it rented out.There is a light industrial plant (food and ingredients) that is very close to the house... their property line is about 8 houses away from mine, and the house front door is about a quarter-mile walk from the front door of the plant.Even better, the company just expanded the plant with a second building, and have billboards up around town saying "We're hiring!"

I believe the massive value swings block by block have also hindered my attempts at selling it straight up.Regarding the balance of the 1st lien, I'd rather not openly discuss that until this property is sold.

So starting over with $0 and a low credit score (so low, it could have been a golf score), I was able to go from that to acquiring over 3,000 apartment units and houses (and I keep 1,000 apartment units today).But, your question is: for someone with NO experience, NO knowledge and NO money, how can one start and go into a BIG deal?
