Hey bigger pockets new member I've have my profile for awhile but first time posting.Just moved to salt lake for Southern California and I'm looking to get in and learn about wholesaling and flipping/investing I'm new to all of but I've always had an interest in real estate every job I've had a always find myself coming back to think about it and I feel it's finally the time to take the steps into getting the ball rolling and make something happen and gain financial freedom and time with my family so any advice anybody has to give I am more then willing to except it.
