Good afternoon.My tenants have been paying for their own separate gas and electricity bills, but when it comes to water, I'm the one that's paying (since there's only one meter for water).

He describes it as strategically taking your foot off the gas and unplugging for extended periods of time.

Gas never got over $4 a gallon National Average.

Realize a lot of RV's have been sold into the market, but gas is up. 

Unless you were prescient enough to buy oil and gas or futures on various commodities, you've lost money in every major asset class this year, with the exception of real estate (so far).

In my market I have been seeing them actually push on the gas pedal and acquire more!
