What does a market shift means for Institutional buyers?

Many are scared that Institutional and hedge fund buyers will stop purchasing with the current market change. What are you seeing in your market?

In my market I have been seeing them actually push on the gas pedal and acquire more! There is finally deals on-market and properties selling under asking! Finally a good enough gross yield for them to acquire properties on-market.
