I don't have a link but I was fortunate enough to have Josh highlight my deal which was really really cool and now the other party to that deal is doing big things in big ways and I couldn't be happier to have worked with him.

That wasn't an easy adjustment for either of us:) Fortunately, they are on a month to month so I didn't have to wait until a lease expired.
