What would the process for a subject-to look like from start to finish?

I'm in computer systems development and I am looking for the next opportunity when my current project finishes up.

What I want to do is give you an estimated price, and I'll charge you by the hour @$30 per hourSo I'll go room by room and price it out this way for you.OK let's start with the living room, (room size 17 x 17)With the ceiling repairs, and caulking the crown, then painting the ceiling with 1 coat of flat ceiling paint.Caulk trim and paint trim with 2 coats on base and 1 coat on door frames and windows, with Satin trim paint, then repair walls and paint with 2 coats of Matte finish.

What I would recommend is drawing an outline for how a lead should run through your company start to finish.

Trying to tackle our fix and flips and finish 7 a month all year! 

And if you're a flipper, you can return the favor by listing your finished product with the same agent (and paying the commission at sale).

I finished the class last week and passed the FL RE Exam on Saturday so I'd definitely recommend this as a viable choice to grab a license on the go!
