Congrats on pursuing wholesaling.As a real estate wholesaler you don't invest in houses you invest into you real estate EDUCATION & MARKETING.Make sure to invest time into mastering every aspect - real estate lingo, sales, negotiations, lead generation & marketing, contracts, your numbers etc.

Here we go again, newer posts framing the deal and offering assistance.....LOLThe OP needs to do some more reading here to get some basic stuff in mind and boil it down to what she wants to do.One is no better than another, there are good deals in all of those aspects as well as way over priced properties.You need to know your market, study and learn how to compare properties before jumping in, you could end up looking at a FSBO and an REO....IMO, you'll usually find a short sale or ORE for less than a FSBO since the owner trying to sell is usually trying to get all they can and save as much as they can, might be due to their mortgage too...No way to say one is better than another.....
