After several years of our Insurance Company fighting it the suit was finally dismissed but not after some lively debate during discoveries.I have been sued several times but I doubt if the LLC had any impact on the outcome.The first one involved a tenant that just wouldn't shut up during other peoples testimony & the frustrated Judge wrapped things up quickly & several months later mailed out a decision in our favor.The second was a contractor that sued but our attorney handled it pro bono.

I have had a number of instances where I have been told something by one official, only to find out from another that it wasn't true or there was another option the first one wasn't aware of.If you  dont find another solution, but you really feel strongly, you can fight the zoning department by going before the city council and asking for a variance/exception for your situation.

You will need an attorney and go though Probate because there was no Will.I am not a lawyer......In Massachusetts, what should happen (hope no relatives contest and fights it).Your mother (spouse) gets 1/2 of the property and all siblings get an equal share of the remaining half of the property.Sounds like 4 of the 5 want to sign over the property, but the fifth does not......so make no major repairs until this is resolve.
