I'm leaning away from the agent position because it seems like the field is saturated and  I 'm not sure I would have time for a lot of after business hours work.

My husband and I are aspiring real estate investors with no experience in the field.

I currently work in banking as an AVP credit analyst, and have worked in banking for a little over 2 years.I have been interested in real estate for quite some time, as I have done much research on this field throughout my undergraduate and graduate career in finance and accounting.

One reason is because I am in the medical sales field and the older I get the more difficult it is to get hired if God forbid I were to lose my job (I am 34 now).
