Mentorship: I find that reading books, listening to podcasts and reading forums is helpful, but I feel that finding a mentor is my best form of education – hands on.

I found my new primary and now will be renting out both sides of my duplex (Starting to feel like a Real investor now :) ). 

I feel it gives the tenant more incentive to keep the property from having pet damage.

If you are waiting on construction to finish and are not missing out on rentable days for your unit, then feel free to shop around for a good deal.
