Yes, they are trying to prevent a claim on their end, but a saved claim is a financial loss you don't have to have the pain of experiencing too.

I'm newer to the community but am looking to contribute and also glean wisdom from more experienced RE investors.

You might get leads on upcoming deals, but you could also get that information with a good real estate agent and investment team.
