That can take longer than most people would be comfortable with on their investment properties but once you're on the books, things tend to run pretty well.

Mortgage on my current home (4 bed, 1.5 bath, on roughly an acre, in a quiet neighborhood) is $1445 and the idea would be to rent it out for $2000ish plus all utilities depending on the rental market this time next year but currently that's pretty close to where it would be. 

I have spares of each set of bedding in the cleaner's closet to make the turnover easier on my cleaner.

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.
