Just wanted to hop in to say that I just finished reading Flipping Houses Exposed - it's excellent!

All of the books put out by BP are excellent and I would suggest reading all of them if you are serious. 

@jscot @Brandon Turner I am reading The book on flipping Flipping Houses that I bought on bp a few days ago and like it very much a step by step approach on everything specially for new flippers but I could not find the excel version of those downloadable files that we can use to make our scope of work .Can any out there suggest me some downloadable excel file templates to use for our scope of work.I tried the file area on bigger pockets but did not like as much as I liked the one in the book.Please help me .

It is in an excellent school district and would probably rent for $1500.The home is full of "stuff" that he doesn't want anymore, but he says that if someone took the time to sell everything on craigslist, it would be worth several thousand dollars.
