Most consumers care about the civil aspect, which can make either the interest uncollectable, or in some cases, can completely void the entire agreement and entitle a borrower to refunds of moneys paid.You may be thinking that you have loads of creditors that charge more than the maximum numbers stated above.

@Matt Carozza build a good team in all aspects of your strategy (GC, Lender, Private Lender, Tax, Insurance, Manager, etc)!  

So don’t get lulled into the “I‘m just in it for the appreciation” aspect.  

More than the financial aspect it has created, it has taught me a lot more lessons along the way that I know will be much more valuable in the long run. 1) Allowed me to go in relatively blind into a deal and have the confidence that with my foundation I will make it work no matter what.

One of the things I love about real estate is how focused it is on the community aspect, so please, do not hesitate to join, even if you cannot meet every week.

As a 'wholesaler' you would be best served to learn some of the legal aspects of real estate.

I'm looking forward to making this transition into doing multifamily, I have to do a deep dive into the funding aspect of it all I want to be able to service my client and education them in to process.

We market and list the properties, take bookings, and handle all rental aspects. 

I'm always trying to learn all aspect or different approaches.
