No emotions, this is business and the way the system works.

I think the OP is letting the emotional side of his business take over.

Also, when you sell it, you sell to a homeowner who is buying on emotion rather than investment.

I know that it will be much easier, emotionally, for me to put down 20% if I know that it's the norm.
