We are dried in, Plumbing rough is done, sheathing inspection passed on to siding and exterior paint, HVAC done by Friday.

Some day the cash buyers will dry up and there'll be a backlog of inventory.  

Plus, I got tired of Uncle Sam bleeding me dry every tax year.  

If the clothes dryer is electric (like ours), the tenant might be washing/drying clothes almost everyday. 

When you buy turn key your buying rehabbed not Brand new... from the pics of this house I don't think this was Turn key at all.. it looked like it was lived in.. and your buying an existing rental with whatever hair comes on it.
