If you're looking to connect with some other people in the industry, I'd definitely recommend getting involved in some local meet-ups. 

I have strong interest in real estate and real estate tax area so I would like to meet people who like this industry and would like to share and learn from each other.

The host Joe Boston is an industry veteran and all aground great guy.

With respect to one side of the river or the other, the Cincinnati market is obviously much bigger and more diverse with respect to real estate investing.

Hello All,I am new to real estate investing and looking to get into the industry.

It's important to have a lot of support in this industry - both personally and professionally. 

Nice place, however not much for industry/business at all that I can remember, primarily vacation homes and retirees, all very wealthy mind you (likely a lot of 1%'s in the area) but I'd think this place would be much higher risk than a city with more economic activity going on than tourism and snow birds.Id guess it's over priced at a 6 cap and you could do much better somewhere else.  

Not the RE brokerage industry... its the private wholesalers that rip equity from people.. that is why the laws were written and the one's they are aimed at stopping.its why you have this controversy going on now about is wholesaling selling RE without a license...

I'm in the tech industry, but I'm going to transition to real estate investing over the long haul.I would love to network with other investors in the area.
