For me I am short term I would not go out 6 years. but if it was a short term or you had a way to pay me off in a short amount of time I would consider it if it checked out.PS my seller carry backs generally were 100k to 250k each.. 

I also am going to forgo the property management and do this from out of state and see how it is.

This way you can weed out the lookie loos and people who aren’t qualified, while also cutting down on the number of times you show the property!
