Good news though, it turns out the HOA misunderstood the questionnaire and errantly put that the developer still maintained many of the units as rental properties.

Year-round rentals in the Lake Region of NH make much more sense (than STR), along with limited development and fix-flips in my opinion (which is still going well I think).

Its close to downtown Sacramento, downtown is being developed and people can still find affordable rental housing in Del Paso heights.
